REBALANCE YOUR MIND THROUGH HYPNOSIS
EXPLANATION
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation that “switches off” the emotional circuits or “firewalls” that surround past traumatic experiences. Revisiting and reviewing these situations in a logical and comfortable way, allows the client to create new understandings of what happened and allows a resolution to take place.
Through hypnosis we can get to the root of the presenting problem, we can “delete” or “upgrade” that coding or programming and write a better program for our brains to follow.
With this new programming we can then move into a “de-bugged” way of thinking, being and living, mindfully creating an improved sense of wellbeing.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Expect deep relaxation, a meaningful conversation that explores the root cause of the presenting problem and a resolution of some sort. Feel free to schedule a 15 minute call so that I can answer any questions you might have.
BOOK A SESSION
A recommended time frame of four hours is advised. This will allow you, the client to have 30 minutes to prepare your safe space, connect online with the practitioner for a two hour session and then rest, recuperate and reset yourself with tiem for journaling, makign notes or sleeping after the session.
You will always be in control of yourself, if you need to use the bathroom or drink water, you will have full motor control of yourself as normal. The practitioner can never make you the client do something or say something you don’t want to do.
What is required is a safe, peaceful, private space for the session to take place, preferably indoors or somewhere sheltered from nature. Water to drink and tissues are good to have available and comfortable chairs to sit for a few hours, uninterrupted.
